JARCOS is a design practice led by João Ferreira, a Brazilian multidisciplinary designer with over 14 years of experience in branding and digital design.

Started in 2011, JARCOS works as both a personal experiment and a collaborative platform, carrying João’s perspective on design: strategic, narrative-driven, and uncompromising in craft. The practice expands through a network of trusted partners who join as projects require.



Over the years, João has collaborated with global studios such as Koto, Konpo, Metalab, Serious.Business and FutureBrand.

Notable projects include the Nubank brand refresh with Koto (2025), the Compsych brand identity with Konpo (2025), the Zellerfeld identity with Serious.Business (2023), and the Avenue fintech identity with iN (2024).

With FutureBrand, he contributed to major projects such as iFood (2021), Fini (2020), and Localiza (2021).

He also led Stone’s card design (2022) and created the VTEX Vision event identity and digital experience (2024).



JARCOS projects have earned international recognition, including 9× Best of Behance and over 44 features, an Awwwards Site of the Day and eight Honorable Mentions, the iF Design Award for GOL Linhas Aéreas, and the Wolda Logo Design Award for Localiza.

His work has been featured in Communication Arts, World Brand Design, and Mindsparkle Mag, reinforcing a practice that adapts in scale but remains constant in its intent to cut through complexity and give brands clarity, meaning, and presence.
